Appallingly long delivery time
The buttons I ordered were lovely when they arrived but they took far too long to get here - ten days from ordering. Yes, maybe the small print says somewhere that the company is in Germany but hiding behind a .co.uk email is deceptive and nowhere is it made clear how long one will have to wait

Not UK company, returns a nightmare
I ordered a fabric which when it arrived was the complete wrong colour. I realised this was due to there being two variations online but the photo images were so similar it was difficult to tell that one was cream and the other (described as ‘natural’ was brown). As the company is actually German despite the faked .co.uk address returns were a nightmare - the company has now also refused my return.

Good choice of fabrics
Myfabrics have a good choice of fabrics and the quality is very good. The order took some time to arrive as I did not know that it would be dispatched from Germany, hence only 4 stars.

Poor service
I ordered the fabric 25.04 24 and it still hasn’t arrived. There have been no updates on where it is. A claim that there is a delay because there are so many orders. The reason I ordered from them was that it would be with me in 4-5 days.

Can’t fault the service, only issue is ships from Germany and takes over a week from despatch, thought was a uk company.

Where is my stuff?…
I ordered some samples which have taken over three weeks and are still not here. Like others, I was taken in by their website address into thinking I was buying British. I have no problem buying from Germany, as long as the stuff turns up. I'm just glad it was only samples. Sadly, I will not be buying from this company again.

Despite their name this is a German company…
As others I was also fooled by the name “myfabrics.co.uk” and totally believed this to be a British company when it’s actually in Germany. No one reads T&Cs, they know this, so there’s nothing the customer can do about it. I contacted their customer service dept to ask why I haven’t received my order yet, but it seems no one is manning their email. I can’t comment on the fabric as after 9 days it still hasn’t arrived. UPDATE: See below the exact same textbook response they give to every low star review on here. Their website and emails are all clearly pre-written as they expect negative feedback from mislead customers.
