Un très bon routeur solaire mais reste un peu cher quand même. Pas de langue française et c'est très dommage. On ne peut pas exploiter les courbes dans l'application et c'est un point négatif, vous êtes obligés d'aller sur le site internet pour cela. Vous aurez besoin d'acheter une deuxième pince ampèremétrique si vous souhaitez visualiser votre production solaire. Dans l'ensemble c'est du bon matériel pour mon installation photovoltaïque 6kw en mono et peut fonctionner en Triphasé.

Superb product. Probably the best out there. Now that devices can share data over a LAN - its excellent and can be implemented where other kit would be problematic / impossible. Just a shame that the monitoring doesnt integrate 3rd party battery systems properly.

eddi installed a year ago and works a treat.

I recently had panels fitted on my house, I also fitted an Eddi fitted, since then I find that my water is hot enough not to have to use my Immersion as much. and this is only March.Money well spent

Great product that allows you to use surplus energy created via in our case sola to heat water. But with the boost timer settings you can take advantage of off peak rates to hot the water. as well. As you use the boost and looking at the weather you can start to work night units and excess sun to find the most cost effective way to warm your water.

The device works, but the app and customer 'service'(!?) - and I use the word 'service' in the most generous of contexts - and so-called technical support are shocking. I reported a quite critical app error - trying to invite my wife to able to see the system and mange the control - and was met my utter indifference and rudeness on a level that I've not heard in a long time. You would think that a company that has bugs in its app - I've since read of others having the same problem - would at least be interested to know about it to get it debugged and fixed. The so-called customer 'service' person just said that the add additional user process is on their website, to which I stated that I was following the app process which clearly wasn't working regardless of what the online manual says. She then accused me of shouting at her... really, is that the best thing you can do to try and get out of the call? it was both pathetic and a lie - and then dropped the call. So, if you do get one of these, don't rely on the app, which has an error in it - see pictures - a scripting error that returns no error code, or remediation suggestion, just a JASN parsing error, which I am sure their developers would probably want to fix. As to their call centre staff, nothing but rudeness, talking over you when trying to explain the issue (that's to help them stop getting repeated complaints), combative "know all" attitude, and no inclination whatsoever to listen to what should be considered useful customer feedback on their experiences of a faulty app.
