New version of prop firm did not close trades on Friday as it was supposed to. Also while it’s up some unless something changes it will not pass prop firm testing

I've just purchased Prop Firm EA, so can't say much about it's performance just yet. However the customer service was very helpful and quick

There was something very frustrating.
The mail was not received and time passed.
I asked the Facebook representative.
And then it's settled.
I am a Korean who does not know English.
It's amazing that we can communicate through a translator.
Please review customer support through e-mail and Facebook messenger.
If you can't check the mail like me, I think there should be other means.

Waste of money. Worst customer service and takes long time to reply emails. time passes by so do license period. This review is on the Prop Firm EA.

The honest truth is it is profitable during demo account when I test whether it is profitable and met the requirements. That's on the older version which is the very 1st version/preset settings when they 1st release this product.

Prop Firm Ea update (v1.11) on website but in customer service they've sent me v1.12 which is not in the website at all, since 26/8/21 till 1/9/21 (present) no trades are executed at all. There's no detailed explanation on v1.12 at all. Compared to all previous versions they keep changing the recommended lot sizes and timeframe in order to reach the minimal drawdown.

Question is, why keep changing now when the bot proven to meet the requirements especially timeframe and lot size? What if someone use the very 1st few version settings and fail the prop firm challenge because of your flaws?

Now I'm in 3% loss on my FTMO challenge account and they have yet to solve this issue for me. The challenge account is expiring on 16/9/2021 and I have yet to receive any solution from them and yes, I'm still waiting.

After 6 hours of their reply in my review, not a single email received from them till now even i repeated emailing them after their reply in my review. I don't think you call this as "soon as possible". How long do I still have to wait? lol. You have time to reply here but no time to reply more promptly on my emails on support.

Blow my $2k account with heavy DD and in the end had to cut loss with 70% loss. Keep blaming on customer and run away to take ownership of this mess.

USE THIS EA AT YOUR OWN RISK, AS IF u want to blow your account, BY ALL MEANS use this EA.

I had enough of this, hope you guys get the KARMA from it.

Dont waste your time and money to buy this useless red fox bot. It kept opening the same positions end up with huge DD and lost more than 1.3K out of 2.2K in less than a week.

Now they are sending email and telegram to BLAME the clients instead of their poorly performed EA and of course NO REFUND.

Guys be carfull with this company, one of thems EA blown my 3 k account,when i asked for refund they gone and didnt talk with me. Guys they are 100% scamers check company address in google maps there is some living houses,cant see any office around.

The 3 star rating isn't because their customer service isn't good. It's because they're on the right track but still have a lot of work to do.

This week was extremely volatile, I had DD down to 80% and lost 42% after closing trades and salvaging the rest myself.

I own all of their EAs, because I love what they're doing and I want to support their company which is moving in the right direction.

MG Pro and Red Fox with All of the pairs this week involving CAD & AUD ran into huge DD like they did back in March/April this year. After many updates to the EAs, I expected major improvements, but the EAs still placed trades far too aggressively in such close proximity against a very strong trend.

Their EAs need major back testing in some of the worst market situations over the last decade to be properly prepared for future markets.

Also Their newest prop firm EA failed 3 different prop firm's test phase. It exceeded DD placing trades against strong trends and traded during and between news.

Don't get this review wrong, I'm still a fan and will continue to be and buy their products, I just expect more and better updates very soon.

We need at minimum 10% monthly profits with 5% DD. This doesn't need to be accomplished across so many pairs collectively, just focus on 1 if you need to but make sure it survives these conditions.

Good Support and they constantly updated our EAs

Bought it, Run it with low drawdown set. And i quote "we can confidently say that no one will ever blow up account. 
It is fully hands free robot and it does everything automatically , it doesn't need daily check or any manually setting." And boom 80% Drawdown today. Any suggestion?

Customer Service is excellent and the real accounts give us a lot of confidence on the products.

Support is horrible. The support chat really needs to take off the "We reply immediately" sign because it is very misleading to say the least. They don't reply immediately if at all. I had a few basic questions in regards to the new prop firm EA. Support doesn't even have the knowledge to answer my basic questions regarding the EA. I was looking forward to take advantage of the limited 15% off for 24hours but now I can't because support can't help me in a timely manner. I asked my questions hours ago. Still nothing. I wanted the answers before making a clear decision if I should buy the EA or not. The EA also states "VERIFIED RESULTS on myfxbook" but they don't provide any myfxbook link at all.

This is a reply to your reply. You mention that support got back to me. They never got back to me like they mentioned. I understand if they don't have the knowledge to answer my questions at the moment but they did tell me that they will email me the answers to my questions once they find out all the answers to my questions. I have yet to receive any email. Also, you have still yet to post any myfxbook for the EA. Now it doesn't really matter because its way too late. The EA is no longer on sale.

I have been using swing VIP and it works well with low drawdown. This is a stable EA and I would highly recommended.
