If you have a larger private or business event we offer a full balloon installation service to your house, place of business or party venue. Peppa pig themed party!!
I wanted a Peppa pig themed birthday party for my nephew and Suzanne did an excellent job for us. Very good attention to detail and a great eye for what works. She has a can-do attitude which I valued greatly. I was extremely happy with the final outcome. Very good value for money - I couldn't recommend this company enough! I'll definitely be back soon - thanks again Suzanne!! :)

Thanks for leaving a review. Again I am sorry that your napkins didn't arrive. They were dispatched quickly and normally arrive well within the postage delivery time frame. You contacted me with three days to go before your event and I said that it was very unusual and that I was happy to refund you, but they may still have time to arrive. I also gave you a link for another website with the same type of napkins that you wanted that would arrive in time for you event. I was unable to restock or resend you the item so this is the most that I could have done to assist you and I am sure that this is not the standard that you would have got at larger companies. You decided to wait and see if they turned up. I have only had 3 items going missing in 6 years in business which I think is a high standard and not an unreliable delivery service. I refunded your order within minutes of you contacting me again today. I don't think I deserve a 1 star review as a small company when the issue has been quickly and efficiently sorted out. All online companies will have parcels that sometimes do not arrive and I think it is unfair to blame the small company and mark their hard earned high score down overnight on the basis of one order not arriving as you can see I have hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied customers who appreciate the way that I go the extra mile for customers. I am sorry that you didn't receive our usual high standard of service.

I had such a great experience dealing with Suzanne from beginning to end. My brief was a grufallo themed party with brighter colours. Suzanne worked with my budget to find me options of what would work. She managed to get all the props including a cut out of the grufallo, which was initially proving tricky. Suzanne was able to organise an incredible birthday display in a short space of time. She recommended many options and helped me decide on something unique that suited my budget.
