Mydoorhandles Anmeldelser

We ordered 2 sets of handles, sent next day, notified us, delivered as promised in 48 hrs, products brilliant as well as price! Cannot fault the service or company.

Brilliant service and excellent help from staff. Prices are fantastic too. The new hinges are a tiny amount bigger and thicker than my old ones, if (like me) you haven't replaced them for about 20yrs make sure you have tools ready 😁

Great company to deal with, super prices and great products. I had a small problem which was dealt with immediately without any fuss and the item replaced straight away. Excellent customer service, good people.

■ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !
■ GREAT QUALITY PRODUCTS !
■ GREAT PRICES !
■ LESS THAN HALF PRICE OF SOME OF THEIR COMPETITORS !

Nothing wrong with the handles but they don't cover where old handles were. I have emailed twice to return them with no response. Now close to 30 day cut off for returning hence 2 star review.

I recently purchased 6 pairs of Golden Grace Leon Design door handles in matt black from My Door Handles, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the overall experience. From the quick delivery to the high-quality door handles, this company has truly exceeded my expectations.

The handles arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition, reflecting the company's commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction from the outset.

The matt black finish exudes a sense of modernity and blends seamlessly with any color scheme. But it wasn't just the aesthetics that impressed me; it was the exceptional quality that truly stood out.

Each handle came with clear instructions, making it easy for me to fit them on my doors without any hassle. I can confidently say that these are the best handles I have ever installed, and their seamless operation makes my daily routine effortless.

I wholeheartedly recommend My Door Handles to anyone seeking top-notch door handles and an exceptional shopping experience.

Ordered incorrect handles, a typical website mistake due to my age. Returned them via their postage label. Just phoned them and monies now sent. I expected long phone wait and order numbers required etc but within seconds my purchases were found on their system simply by my name.

I phoned on a number of occasions for advice before placing my order and each time I was given very good and knowledgeable advice on which products would be suitable and how to order to get the best price . In the original order some of the handles were marked, on contacting them they were replaced and immediately and delivered the next day from a different batch.
Would definitely recommend them.

I bought a 6 pack of cadenza door handles and the matching bathroom door lock handle, handles arrived yesterday have just taken out of box in order to put on doors and 3 sets out of the 7 are damaged I have tried to organise replacement but I am unable to work the website. I need the 3 sets of handles replaced and without a port of contact how am I gonna do that

ordered some lovely door handles at a great price delivery fast...however unfortunately they started to show signs of wear/some sort of corrosion within a year so gave them a message and they advised me I had 1 year guarantee and replaced all the affected door handles very quickly great service very happy thanks.

Order came on time, all goods to expected standard except one of the door handle escutcheons which had seized. I emailed to request a replacement and they responded within a week, sending out a replacement.

My door handles came really quickly, which was great. However one of the handles was marked so I’ve tried making contact to organise a replacement. After chasing for the past month I’ve had no response at all. The door handle is now flaking off and looks terrible. Disappointing considering the promising start.

Excellent service. Next day delivery with updates. Great customer service when wanting to return part of my order. Great quality product - door handles look really good! Will deffo order from here again.

I ordered two new door locks about two weeks ago and have yet to receive them.
I have raised the issued with PayPal now too as I have had no word from the company up on messaging them.
Very disappointed ☹️.

Recommend to all. Handles were great quality, very fast delivery and answered all my questions very quickly. Good job guys!

Ordered 4 door handles, fast delivery and they look and work great! Great price too!

Ordered 3 pairs of door handles from mydoorhandles.com, they arrived the next day and were of excellent quality!

I am so happy with my handles! I checked the website out and saw sone handles but I had some questions about it. I called in and asked them to guide me and they were absolutely brilliant and helped me out immensely! If I could give 10 stars I would hit 5 should do the trick for now! Thank you My Door Handles!
