Simply excellent customer service. As Royal Mail had failed to deliver our order I contacted MyDome to let them know. I received a reply within minutes stating that they would follow up with Royal Mail immediately. The next day our item arrived.

Have been using a Mydome wireless driveway motion sensor for a year. I found the product has a good range and covers the out of sight area of our driveway. The receiver recently developed a speaker fault which I reported to Mydome through their 'contact us' page; the same afternoon I was offered a replacement unit. Great, prompt service.

After trying several other wireless doorbells that lasted only a short time before giving up the ghost, I was pleased that the mydome system operated first time and continues to work well.
The Customer Service is as good as the product. They responded to my emails quickly and with all the information I asked for in a clear & friendly manner.

I am very impressed with the unit and the rapid response that I received to my mail. The video supplied gave clear, concise instructions on how to setup and operate the switch.

Sent a message to Customer Services and got a very helpful and appropriately friendly response. These are excellent doorbells at a very reasonable cost in my opinion, backed up by excellent cusomer services, you can't go wrong for sure!

Having looked at Intruder/Driveway alarms in the past I was sceptical about the range quoted by wireless systems. Well I had no need in the case of the MyDome system. The range is more than adequate to cover my driveway and large garden. I was so impressed that I purchased more receivers, sensors and a new door bell. They all work very well.

I ordered a light switch timer last week and it never arrived. I emailed the company and called and left a voicemail and they never responded to either.
They have happily taken my money but are not willing to contact me as to why I haven't received my order. I am not out of pocket with no item!!!! Not a happy customer!

Incorrect items delivered and totally no response, requesting the correct parts.

It’s been 1 week and I haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting the customer service but no response!! Please get back to me or I will have to call my bank and refund my order from there!

Had a problem with Midnight Square receiver contacted
the supplier by email, they responded the next day and sent a replacement out straight away.
Could not ask for better service.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my product and the warranty had expired, but customer services identified the fault and sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked.

They provided excellent and efficient customer service as they responded to my email very promptly, agreed to solve my problem with their timeswitch immediately, and even provided useful advice. It's a shame other companies I've dealt with don't provide the same exemplary service.

This is a simple and effective alarm/chime system and has better facilities than the more expensive range on the market. Wanted to ask a few questions after purchase and setting up, they responded very quickly and were most helpful. I have now "added" to this system as it works perfectly for my needs. We have had a spate of driveway intrusions in the area and I have tested the sensors which activate immediately. The only issue I have is the loudest setting is not as loud as expected , I believe it stated about 115 db, I question this because I have another alarm system at 120 db and that is "deafening" , mydome volume is clearly half of that, but I would still give 5 stars.

We bought this bell to use in two rooms with two bells linked to the doorbell. The rear room bell is about 40 feet and 3 rooms away from the front door, but the system works perfectly and is by far the best " simple" doorbell to install. You do need to follow the instructions carefully when you set it up to get the chime noise you want. We lost our user manual and the help desk e-mailed me a copy within 24 hours. Great service - great product. Thank you.

I recently emailed Mydome regarding my Light Switch Timer and received a very informative reply within hours. We’ve had our Timer for some years now and highly recommend it. It’s reliable and easy to use and has never let us down. We now leave the house with more peace of mind.

Don't waste your money , bought the double pack but only one worked called seller and eventually got email back made a promise to replace item if I couldn't fix the problem my self and then when I told them it still wouldn't work they said to return item BUT it will cost me for them to post out a
replacement ???? Don'make any sense to me 😅🤣

Unfortunately our chime stopped working after only a few weeks. No response from e-bay seller but My Dome dealt with the issue straight away and sent out a replacement. Top marks for after sales service.

After service is excellent senor stopped working gave instructions to try but didn't work replacing sensors, communication excellent would recommend items are really good purchase.

Quality product and great aftersales service.
I broke one of the fixing brackets and MyDome had a free replacement out to me the next day. Prompt, efficient and good prices.
Great experience.
