I am very happy with the Machine I am going to have to still get use to how to use. I would have like more information on how to use the attachments and what is recommended for serums. I would also like a way to order extra tips for the Hydrofacial attachment.

Another thing was when the holiday was over I asked about my order again and they provided informationa and a tracking once I got my track8ng number I received my Machine 4 days later. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Always respectful and on point. I purchased an S-Shape Pro, one of the handles had a problem, and I contacted them via What’s App(that’s the best way to communicate with them). They had another handle out to me in less than a week. On another occasion, a friend had given me a used Hydrafacial machine. She had lost the LED mask. I was able to purchase a replacement very easily. They are in top of their customer service at all times. Just remember that they are on a different time schedule than the USA.
