Customer service was A+
Customer service was A+. I had to reach out because I received my machine right away but not the facial gel. Amelia was quick to respond and answer any questions I had and let me know she was there to help. This is the first time I ordered from Mychway and so far I am happy with how quickly the machine was delivered. I am excited to use the S-shape Aristorm cavitation machine and looking forward to seeing the results.

A Great Outcome to an Initial Issue
My initial order had a machine had a defect. Amelia was able to work with me to return the initial machine and I received a replacement. Amelia was great at communicating and helped make everything right.

Great service
Amelia has helped me so much when one of my suction cords broke and also when I thought my package wasn’t delivered. One package did get lost in the mail but it was because it was liquid gel. I got my refund back for it. The machines are good. Shipped pretty fast as well.

I purchased a machine today and Bank Of…
I purchased a machine today and Bank Of America declined the charge because it was outside of the USA and then PayPal authorized the charge. The charge did go through successfully and I did not receive a confirmation email from the company. I tried to call and chat but they were offline.
Awaiting an email response.-Thank you for excellent customer service and timely response.

Great customer service
My machine arrived in time but unfortunately I had issues with one of the handles. I emailed customer service and Amelia was assigned to help me. She walked me through the steps and even sent me videos walking showing step by step. The issue wasn’t able to be solve and I was issued a replacement.

Great Customer Service! I had an issue with the the machine that I received. It didn’t turn on. I was so worried about my money. I contacted to customer service and Amelia was there to help me. After verifying the problem, and that definitely it was a defective product, she was able to send the replacement right away. In the same week. I am absolutely grateful for her promptly help
