I just want to say I never have done a review. But my experience with Amelia and the Customer Service Team at myChway deserves it!! They were always ready to help in any and every way! Amelia responds very quickly and guides you every step of the way!! I really appreciated that! Also a side note, since getting my machine in the beginning of August I lost 3 inches on my "thunder thighs"!! Feeling much more comfortable in my clothes as they don't rub together anymore! I absolutely LOVE my 5 in 1 machine!!!

I purchased a cavitation machine on the website. One of the cavitation head broke within two month. I contacted the customer service representative Amelia, who is very helpful. She walked me through how to test the machine and asked me to send a video to her. They replaced the cavitation head very soon.
