Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Mycelia Link is a small, independently operated company built around one simple idea: customers deserve better products, better transparency, and better support. We offer a growing selection of research-use products, mushroom-based supplements, wellness products, handmade goods, and Mycelia Link merchandise. We place a strong emphasis on quality, straightforward information, competitive pricing, and creating an experience that feels personal rather than corporate. One of the biggest things that makes Mycelia Link different is our customer support. We believe purchasing a product shouldn't be the end of the interaction. Our customers can reach out to us with questions, request additional product information, get help navigating our website or an order, and receive friendly support from real people who genuinely care about their experience. Transparency is also a major part of our philosophy. We work to provide clear product information, third-party testing information when applicable, honest communication, and quick assistance if something doesn't go as expected. Our research products are clearly designated for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Mycelia Link continues to grow because of the customers who have supported us, shared feedback, referred friends, and trusted us with their business. We are constantly working to improve our products, website, fulfillment, education, and customer experience. We're not trying to be another faceless online store. We're building a community and a brand that people can feel confident doing business with. Welcome to Mycelia Link.
