The guys and gals had a go at fixing my issues but unfortunately couldn’t but didn’t charge me a thing and gave a me a reference to someone else who might be able to help! Legends!

We sent our car in for road worthy…
We sent our car in for road worthy check before driving off to Sydney. We were being greeted by a guy name Luke. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain to us on the brake pad plan as we just had ours changed with my car auto at west lakes. The service provided by Luke was fantastic. I would highly recommended them to anyone who wishes to service their vehicles to pay them a visit . Keep up the good work guys 👍

Car was ready on time as promised and service was friendly and not pushy.

Had new tyres fitted
Had new tyres fitted. Booked online. Easy drop off, job was done before the scheduled time and I received a phone call and text alert. Staff were great and informed me about warranty and free tyre rotations. Great!
Only issue was their website didn’t work in Firefox or Edge. Had to install Chrome.

I bought a car at auction without seeing it in person and they looked over the car for me. Diagnosed a few issues which have now been resolved and car is now driving perfect. Great service and knowledgeable staff so have no complaints whatsoever

My straightforwrad service took 4.5hrs!!
My straightforward service took 4.5hrs!!! I had pre-booked but somehow last minute bookings for the Black Friday tyre sales were prioristed (which was never communicated to me). I was told I would have my car back by lunch time but it wasn’t ready until nearly 2pm! I wasted my whole day waiting for my car to be finished and I had to reschedule other appointments. A very disappointing experience.

Problem not fixed
I spent $1638.00 on this trip and I am not satisfied that the problem identified has been fixed. The car veers to the left and has chewed out 2 perfectly good tyres. Mycar West Lakes is convinced they have rectifed the problem but both my wife and i are sure it hasn't, We have another car 1 year old that goes perfectly straight - this one doesn't.
