I have been a loyal customer for years and always a happy customer. This time however, I was given an estimated cost of $4600 for work that needed doing. I was surprised and a bit confused about the quote and was convinced to go to another mechanical business for confirmation. I was told by them that although there is some work needed in the future the only immediate problem was the dead battery. I paid $75 to find out that nothing on the list was urgent and that I could probably get over 30.000 kms before anything would need to be done. Very surprised and somewhat confused I went home somewhat dejected at what I was dealing with. I’m not someone who will badmouth a business but I’m not happy.

I recently took my vehicle in to have work done on it. I found the manager to be rude, aggressive, dismissive and totally unprofessional. I cannot recommend Mycar Waurn Ponds if you are looking for friendly service where the customer walks away feeling satisfied.

When my car’s automatic transmission failed, I had to have it towed to the nearest shop, which happened to be MyCar. I had never been there before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The team checked my vehicle first thing in the morning, and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and professional they were.
Conor, in particular, was amazing. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to walk me through the issues and followed up with a detailed email outlining the problems and a transparent quote. It made the whole experience much less stressful, and I felt confident knowing exactly what work was being done.

The service and politeness of the staff was a credit to them. They were very courteous and extremely efficient.
The work carried out on my car was handled professionally and promptly.
