We dropped our vehicle off at the required time. We then decided to do a grocery shop and return when they told us our vehicle would be ready. When we returned our vehicle was still sitting in the parking area, they had not even commenced doing the work. So we had to sit with a trolley full of groceries, some of which were frozen items. No happy at all about this.

Car was serviced, faults reported with when there were needed to be fixed.

Lost all confidence in their workmanship. Vehicle details all wrong as well as oedometer reading. Then when checked under the bonnet i find the power steering reservoir to be at minimum and yet Invoice said all reservoirs checked and topped up where necessary. What else was short changed or not done?

Overall it was good. Reasonably priced and they were able to fit me in at very short notice which was appreciated. Provided me with the areas that required fixing and I have subsequently booked in again to have these items completed.
