Great service but ordinary salesmanship and communication
Service is always great quality, although tried to sell me a car battery for 300 saying that's about the average price which is nonsense. Auto barn and Supercheap each below 250 and one phonecall to another workshop I have a new battery secured for 150. Also said my wiper blades need replacing which I interpreted as the rubber refills. I didn't ask the price on the phone and it wasn't volunteered only to find this was replacing the metal arms of the wipers and cost 94. Bit misleading through not properly explaining things on that instance. First time I've had any real issue with mycar or Kmart tyre and auto though.

A very happy customer.
I was super happy with the 40% off deal I got on the set of Pirelli tyres. Darren was great to deal with and had the tyres fitted in no time.I will certainly buy my next set of tyres from mycar in the future.

From booking through to service then pick up. Nothing was too hard, everything was explained and I felt like a valued customer not a number. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Wonderful customer service.
The auto guy was very helpful, polite and cheerful. The job was done with efficiency. Very pleased, will definitely be happy to use this service again.
