I was very happy with the attention to detail, and the knowledge the staff had when attending to my car. Some mechanics you can tell when they're full of it, these guys seemed very genuine. A nice change for a big franchise. Plus work is just across the road, very convenient!

Excellent service

I was advised I needed $2,300 worth of work done to my car. I paid for a general service only and took my car else where for a second opinion. I showed them the itemised list that MyCar had provided, including the recommended fixes and the costings. My car was checked over with these "issues" in mind and I was advised, and shown, that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. The list of "issues" MyCar provided me with, and the amount of $2,300, proved to be unnecessary. Truly disappointing experience, I won't be coming back and I have shared my experience with family & friends who have previously used MyCar.

A bit disappointed this service, almost past 2 years i am servicing my car in same place Belconnen CE. But I had some bad experiences with my service. My appointment is 8am and I reached around 8.10am while they checked and said your Rego did not register for service today, and then i thought i wrongly booked the location thru online and paid. I went to Hawker and followed to Westfield Belconnen. They said not to register in their place and they checked into the system and said your service in Belconnen CE. I went to the place again and they said yes you have service today and I wasted my time almost 1 hour. And they called me in, and their Inspection found my car alignment out, since I changed my Tyre and wheel less than 1 month ago and I asked the alignment record and they failed to give me the inspection report during my additional payment AUD80. After my service I brought back the place I changed the tyre and they said my alignment was no issue. Can you please check on this and feedback the update. Thansk

Friendly and competent staff who were able to fit in my car service at short notice.

Very accommodative. However, when trying to clarify the services, some services were mentioned as part of the logbook service, but later I was told that they would do them only if required. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
