Great service as always, helped fixing my tyre on very short notice

The staff were professional and listened to my car problems albeit their busy day.
They were efficient and transparent with the costs.

I think his name was Kieran, but he was so great in explaining what was wrong with my car and made the whole process so easy for me

Bad communication after I dropped car off to be serviced and they always try to add something on to make more money. On 2 separate occasions they said I needed new wiper blades when they were completely fine

The team at MyCar Tea Tree managed to fit me in late afternoon, their service was very quick and staff are friendly.

Due to the tyre sale that same day (coincidence) they were very busy. I initially tried the Ingle Farm store, but they were booked out. My tyre was repaired very quickly and car was ready for a while, but the customer service person was busy with another customer who was enquiring about a lot of other tyre options. All customer service staff were excellent, professional, friendly and were doing the best they could on a busy day.

Friendly staff, everything was explained to me when getting a quote. Good location, I can drop my car off and catch the O'bahn into town.

Kieran was lovely and helped me get back on the road sooner by getting my Pirelli tyres in and fitted quickly. Highly recommend the guys at Modbury as they're friendly and knowledgable, will be back in the future.

Great service from start to finish, very easy to communicate with and didn’t feel like Kieran was trying to upsell me on tyres. Went the extra mile in checking my spare (which needed replacing) and replaced it with the best of the ones that were coming off.
