Smooth, Efficient and Easy
I called the service centre for help with a flat tyre and was assisted very quickly. Although they didn’t have the exact tyre in stock, they reached out to other centres to accommodate me. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and easy.

The mechanic clearly explained the issues with my car when it was serviced. Also, as my car is old, I am considering purchasing a hybrid. I asked the mechanic for advice regarding hybrids and he willingly gave advice regarding the best make and issues relating to servicing the vehicle.

I have always had very good service at Mycar Tea Tree Plaza, this time it was to repair a puncture, was given an appointment time, booked in 45 minutes later puncture repaired and car ready to go.

“ Life Saver “
I was extremely grateful to the young man who helped me out when I had an unexpected problem with my car on arriving at T.T.Plaza .
He agreed to take a look under the bonnet , diagnosed the issue , ordered in the necessary part and fixed it within a few hours while I carried out my shopping .
