Amazing customer experience 🤩
I went to Autobarn first and they basically said the name plate can not be fixed and see if MyCar can fix it. Went to MyCar and spoke to Josh. He was finishing for the day but still offered to help. Looked at the car names plate totally snapped off and fixed it for me. He went above and beyond to help me.

Just the great attitude of the guys on the front desk.
They were very accomodating with my van. I explained that I was a contractor and that I couldn’t work unless I had my van. They said that they would prioritise it and asked if I could get the van to them by 08:00am.

I had an amazing experience at My Car Tarneit for my full service. Josh and his team were incredibly informative, polite, and professional throughout the process. Josh took the time to walk me through all the options and potential upgrades to ensure my car runs smoothly, which I really appreciated. Given that my car is a manual 2003 model, his genuine and generous feedback on how to maintain and extend its life was invaluable. The pricing was fair, transparent, and clearly communicated. Highly recommend their services!
