Friendly & efficient
Andrew gave excellent customer service to my mum this morning at my car Tamworth with an urgent puncture repair that she needed and they’re so busy there and he did it so quickly. I thank them so very much. Thank you 😊

what a service, you guys are rocking it, keep up the good work!
Yesterday 25th I had an awesome experience with them.
Guess what?
I’ve gone to two different places to fix but unfortunately it was about to shutdown and both of them said, come tomorrow at 8am and wanted to charge $44 and $40, However, when I went to mycar Tyre & Auto - Tamworth, they fixed my problem, even though they were about to close and at the end when I was about to pay the gentleman named Jordan said, don’t need to pay, the only thing you could do for us give a good review on Google!
I’m surprised 😮, lost my feeling to express my gratitude. I wish you all the very best, one of the best service I’ve ever had with the automobile industry! You guys are amazing 🤩

It’s not bad to experience
It’s not bad to experience the maintenance service at the store, but the quotation for tire replacement is quite different from the quotation on the MY CAR website. I’m a little disappointed.

Fantastic service from Max
Fantastic service from Max. He was wonderful. My daughter drove her car up to Tamworth from Sydney for the Music Festival and her engine light had come on for some reason. Max was totally booked out and under a lot of pressure but he could see we were desperate. He looked at the car, found the problem and sorted it out. What a champion! We are forever grateful.

Vehicle has been returned damaged
My vehicle was returned to me with three faults that had never previously been there.
Including a clunk in the front end, a sudden complete distortion in my previously perfect stereo system and a broken connection between the latch and bonnet, which no longer opens.
I am horrified that my vehicle has been returned to me after a service with more problems than it had in the first place.

Have a back up plan for transport on the day.
we got a good deal on our tyres and rego was done , however it took all day for them to complete the job. You don't get a booking time just drop off and leave I think a better system is needed as having to do without a car for a whole day causes a lot of grief ie picking up children getting to and from town when you don't live in the vicinity. The staff were friendly. Didn't get my flybuys points after spending $400 it would have been a few points.
