Great customer service
Great customer service. The employee gave me some explanations about the work that needed to be done urgently on my car and the work that was not urgent, and gave me the options to do everything at once or not.
The employees are always very polite and provide useful information.

I thought the help I received at MyCar St Lucia was FANTASTIC…
I thought the MyCar at St Lucia was great. I only gave it 4 out of 5 cause time will tell if it delivers but the service on the day was fantastic. Got in straight away as I had a screw in my tyre. Friendly and patient customer service, explained everything clearly, easy booking system. Definitely can recommend. Will be coming back.

The team at Mycar St Lucia are top notch, and practical when it comes to maintaining older cars. I’ve had my Camry serviced by them for 13 years.

Great customer experience
Great service and expertise by the team there. They focus on making it an easy & enjoyable customer experience. Though can be a wait to get through on phone, it's worth it as they go the extra mile to make sure you're looked after. They even topped up my engine oil for me, when my vehicle was in for tyre replacement.

And came to the rescue of the Indooroopilly branch which didn’t care that their work done, still under warranty, was failing.
