I have been taking my car to MyCar since 2022
I have been taking my car to MyCar since 2022.
I have always found that the staff are helpful, have the knowledge needed and try and fit to times.
Yesterday they performed a major service, they covered everything as per logbook plus a couple of extras and reported on general condition.
The car is now running like a dream. Cost was reasonable for work done

I went for a pink slip and they charged…
I went for a pink slip and they charged $111 for changing wiper blades front and back telling it is worn out. Changing front one is ok, but they changed the back one as well for no reason. Too expensive.

Why are BYD trying to replace MyCar?
Can't believe BYD are going their own way on Servicing now.
MyCar was the best they had to offer by way of customrr support.
