Car Service easy to book and discuss what is required. Kept informed of any problems found during service before going ahead to fix them. Received message when car was ready to collect, and service work explained when collected. Mainenance that may require attension at next service discussed.

As usual the Service is completed on time and as per the cost provided at the pick up of the vehicle. The people attending your car are in my experience fully qualified in what they do, past experience with others has been a lot to be desired and we will continue to use Mycar.

John was incredibly helpful from the start — he explained everything clearly, was honest about the issue, and got the job done quickly. The service was professional, fast, and stress-free. They repaired the puncture
They repaired the puncture, no fuss. I called in the day and asked about the possibility of dropping off after 3pm. They said, no guarantees for something so late in the day but they'd try. Positive attitude was the best part, they actually sorted it out within the hour on turning up - covered by their guarantee for tyres purchased from them.
