Trailer trouble
I needed my trailer looked at as I was going on a long trip... the next day. (I assumed everything was fine) ... the team got 3 new tyres in for me theat afternoon and it was ready to go as planned. The teacm explained what was needed to be done and why, and on pick up told me about following up when I return from my to.

Felt the cost was significantly higher than it has previously been and this was without any major additional works been undertaken.
The service manager also did not give a suitable response nor did he seek my approval before proceeding.

We have been going to my car Pennant Hills for the last 6 years, and the manager and the staff there have always been very helpful and professional, and trust them to do the right repairs and service without any nasty surprises.

I have been a long term customer and…
I have been a long term customer and keep coming back because of the quality of workmanship and value for money. However I am very unhappy with the last experience as when I called my local store to ask if they could do a better priceI was not referred to the current special of $100 off a log book service, which I later discovered after my car was serviced.
