I visited this branch to fix an intermittent trunk locking issue. The staff told me the trunk was working properly, but the problem is still there. It feels like they didn’t properly inspect or test the issue and just dismissed it.

would be great to have an electronic invoice generated at the time of the booking instead of being provided a paper copy after the works are completed

Service was on time, quick and efficient. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

Very professional
Very professional. There were a couple of issues with starting the service which were resolved the first time over the phone and face-to-face the second. Neither time was the delay avoidable but management were extremely helpful.
