Great customer service.
Great customer service.. rang on a hectic and busy day of the year to be told to bring tyres in and the job will be done in 5 minutes ( two new valves in two tyres) .. turned up and team was right and had the job done in 5 minutes ( partner left to go to nearby bean squeeze and job was done buy time she got back ) and were super friendly and accommodating!!! Would definitely recommend to take ur business to these guys!!!

Rolled up to the guys at closing time…
Rolled up to the guys at closing time on 27 December 2025 with a tyre repair and the boys went above and beyond to repair the tyre. The tyre repair was for my daughter’s car who has a baby. This was very much appreciated.

Fantastic, honnest customer service and great car knowledge
The staff at MyCar Ocean Grove have been fantastic since opening I have converted all the family cars to be looked after by them, they always take the time to communicate effectively and have even taken the time to learn my name and what cars I have cant reccomeded the team highly enough.

Doesn’t get much better
Sean was incredible. I was a walk in but was attended to straight away. Turns out I had a nail in my tyre so needed a puncture repair. All fixed in 45 mins and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend

The manager named Matt realise that five months ago when I had two new tyres put on the they were the wrong ones so at his discretion he gave me two new tyres free of charge so I only paid for two new tyres so now I have four new tyres I can't recommend my car at Ocean Grove more highly well done and thankyou again Matt .
