Had a major service due and the team at MyCar Northcote performed the work with the highest degree of professionalism, keeping me up to date with the progress of the work and running me through the finished job clearly. Northcote new manager is fantastic. Listens to you and addresses every issue. Makes sure you are fully satisfied and welcomes any feedback. My car is running a lot smoother, I can definitely tell the car has had a service.

Two different receptionists listened…
Two different receptionists listened carefully, answered questions & advised clearly, got a new tyre ordered fast, finished the job 15 mins earlier than promised & charged very low for labour that included wheel rotation.

Well run business
Easy to book my service and staff were most accommodating when I had to re-schedule. I was given a receipt detailing the work carried out and the costs associated. Communication was good and I consider that the works were professionally carried out. Thanks Chris and Stephan.

They were honest for a repair that ended up been small as I thought it would have been big and costly. Any other mechanic would have had an excuse for a more costly repair.
