The North Rocks MyCar servicing and repair team lead by Ziad is the most professional, honest, patience car mechanics I have dealt with in my ten years of car ownership.
If I ever move interstate again, I will drive back annually just to get them to do an annual inspection. That's how much I believe and trust in them.

Very disappointing service at Mycar North Rocks Centre, when pointed out the short coming of the problems to them I was given excuses for poor performance.
1. Tyre rotation & wheel alignment; Tyre rotation was done then the car was left parked when I returned to pickup the car was told it was out for a test drive, after 30mins when no car. I looked in the car park to see the car had not moved. They had not done the wheel alignment. Then had to wait while the wheel alignment was undertaken. Excuse; - hoist was occupied, fact they forgot & heard the employee being balled out for not carrying out the alignment, The car was then moved onto the vacant hoist.
2. Standard service was undertaken; At home I checked under the bonnet to find the window washer reservoir was not filled. When I returned to the centre, they reacted by trying to justify the poor service by saying the reservoir tank had a hole & madly scanning the computer screen to try a find a way to verify his attempt to justify their error.
Excuse; - The reservoir tank has a hole & the fluid had leaked out, fact no hole.

Not intending to use this company again

with short notice accommodated to fix tire on time in minimizing downtime.
