Helpful, patient and respectful, and got the job done in the time that they said it would take. Just good old valuing the customer.

Did all was asked for. Prompt service and courteous. Reasonable prices.

The service people I spoke to genuinely interested in my service needs and worked to fit my car in. They explained what needed to be done and why.

My advice for the apprentice at the desk (mechanic was on the phone) who didn’t acknowledge/ignored my existence because he was just the apprentice- needs to know that customer acknowledgement is good manners, and dare I say a very important part of learning his trade.

Excellent customer service and very professional polite,courteous Friendly staff to deal with.

I had all my questions answered and all your staff were extremely pleasant. I was even told that I would get an email which would list what other work is required and an estimate of the individual repair would be.

Thought we had booked the vehicle in for a service but no we must have missed a step in booking online. Not a problem with MYCAR Mt Sheridan they were able to do the service as long as we weren't wanting it done in a hurry. They text me to say vehicle all done by mid afternoon. Well done thanks

I was glad the service could be booked in quite spontaneously and I appreciate the workmanship at mycar mt Sheridan a lot. This time, two areas of concern I raised were not addressed and I am a bit disappointed as I am spending a lot of time away from home and cannot foresee when I next get a chance to get this done.

I went to these guys at 12.30pm on 1/3/25 and they fixed a puncture for me. Absolutely amazing guys who work there, I asked and they provided the service no questions asked. Nothing is too hard for these guys, if I lived in Cairns they would be doing all my work for me.
