The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. Always let me know what was done as well as letting me know what might have to be looked at next service. As I have a disability, one of the staff members drive me to the attached shopping centre & pick me up afterwards. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at My Car Mt Sheridan Cairns

The 2 guys working were under the pump
The 2 guys working were under the pump. They were working incredibly hard to make sure all the cars were done by pick up time. Still took the time to wipe off before getting into cars. Wipe over any marks and the car runs a dream. ;-) highly recommend

They fit me in even though I hadn't booked. To save me money and keep cot down so I could keep warranty on tires they added in a wheel service for me. Always friendly and helpful. 100% recommend 👌

Mt Sheridan My Car booked car into Cairns branch of MyCar to get airconditioning serviced. Went there to drop off my car only to find there was no booking. Grrrrr
