They knew wat they talking about gave me a honest quote and a good job

Staff were friendly, held my car while I was away overseas for 5 weeks, and completed the job as requested, at a fantastic prices. It was unfortunate I did not receive an email with the quote prior to completion of the job and I would have appreciated the reattachment of the front skirt that fell off, although I understand MyCar is not a panel beating service.

We have been having our car serviced at My Car quite a few times now and have found them efficient and friendly and on time. We recommend them to others.

They did not bother resetting my car after service, and it’s still showing that I needs an oil change.

I booked in to get front brake pads done and tire rotate they charged me $80 and didn’t do either of them just wrote a quote up that I didn’t ask for. Absolute rip off will never come back you lost my buisness

Poorly greeted, communicated with by a reception staff. Spoken to with a tone of terse arrogance. Later when collecting keys and asking about quite, attitude was again give as a rude exasperation , not ever being aware that she had misunderstood my query, and projected her impatience to me. Online Car service booking states to add anything that you’d like mechanical team to take a look at, eg odd noises , rattles etc, whilst car in for service Two simple requests made . Neither followed up. Lied to when picking car up that the door hinges had been greased and the noise not noticed. Saw my car being drived for its test drive, which was all of 250m . Rotated , aligned wheels not balanced correctly -steering is now wobble at 100kms + 😡
Pathetic . And not comparable to the cost quoted. Wont be back. MyCar would to well to improve staff’s customer relations and communications skills sets
