My car was booked in for new tyres, which I organised 1 week prior, I dropped my car off at the designated time, only to be called 3 hours later to say that the tyres had not arrived, what happened to maybe cross referencing jobs and making sure goods arrive for the next days appointments ?? If a manager was doing their job to their best of their ability they would have known this when I dropped my car off. I was told that it was the delivery persons who were at fault ?? No! Some one didn’t do their job to make sure goods were received , not to mention that I had travelled from Broken Hill 330km.

Ease of booking car in for service, quoted so known what service would cost. Ready within a reasonable time. Feedback on any concerns during service, no pressure to book items with mycar
