Rude staff
My partner called and pre paid for my tyre to be replaced. But when I arrived to the Marrickville store, the staff were not aware I was coming and were incredibly rude about my appointment being 30 minutes before they closed (I arrived at 5pm, their closing time is 5:30pm). I was told “why would you book right when we close? My boys are supposed to go home”. I offered to just take the tyre and replace it myself at home but they refused this too.

Prepay to make a booking ?
Everything was fine, they did a professional job. The only thing that ruined the experience is having to prepay so I can make a booking. Since when do you pay before the work is done ?
