Better than the dealerships.....
This is our 3rd visit to mycar Katoomba and I cannot praise these guys enough. Booking is easy, drop off and pick up is a cinch and the quality of work is of the highest standard. The store manager, Jeff, is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back!

Mycar Katoomba it was quick booking process, clear communication on them on what needed.Prompt phone call during the service to discuss any extra issues that needed to be fixed . Friendly customer service and excellent pricing. Very convenient place to drop car off. All in all, excellent service and what’s more important, my car is running perfectly.

I always have a great relationship with…
I always have a great relationship with MyCar…..but I didn’t think the guy I was dealing with me on the phone was great? Like I understand my car needed 4 new tyres, service and light bulbs for a Volvo s40? It was gonna cost 1300 he could have offered a cheaper way for me as I’m a pensioner and I couldn’t afford this? So I only got the tyres and wheel alignment done!

The guys at Katoomba MyCar made the experience so easy. The pink slip check was done in about 20-30 mins and I got some good general info about getting my car serviced.

Treated me with professional courtesy I went in to get my car inspected for registration.I had mentioned that I had back problems and couldn’t walk back home and they said not a problem sit on our lounge and wie will do your car now for you .I Thank than very much for understanding my health issues and doing my car first .Thanks guys .
