Good customer service and feedback from the young man who put my new tyres on, explaining where my slow puncture was leaking from. It also got fixed free due to warranty. Prompt service and fitted me in last minute before Christmas.

This was such a pleasant experience. I went in with a punctured tyre, and the staff were amazing. Despite looking really busy, they organised to fix it for me. They said it would be ready in about half an hour.
