Rude customer service representative. He was on the phone (headset) while talking to me. He provided advice but when it was not completed by mechanics, blamed me for not authorising his advice. Terrible communication while conducting a phone call.

Great service and prices
This is my second set of tyres from this store, great prices and service with both purchases.
The tyre care plan that came with the tyres was a real bonus.

Always like dealing with the staff at Westfield Helensvale my car tyre and auto.. although my car needed a lot of work done, they were quick and prompt with the work done and with a sense of humour.
