Update your phone booking system.
Your booking system via the phone needs updated. You have two options for choosing Brookvale as a location when one of those options should be Harbord reflecting your website.
I was booking my car into the Brookvale Store next to Warringah Mall and planed my day around that. When I arrived I was told to go to the other Brookvale/Harbord store, even though my tyres were actually at the store I was at and were being sent down to the Harbord store.
Once I eventually dropped my car off I was then left in the heart of industrial area with no transport on a stinking hot day. I would never have booked my car into this location.
Also you would think when you purchase four new tyres, a service and wheel alignment you could at least apply tyre shine. It’s the little things.

I have excellent experience with the garage on both occasions I dealt with, first was a rego service, the gentleman took great care and even done a free job on fixing rear car seat folding was stuck made the hat back boot unusable.The second occasion puncture on brand new BMW 1 series, they took on without any booking on an Xmas eve and got the job done for the vehicle to be ready on holidays.The technician was marvellous and I strongly recommend these boys for any repair issues you have.Thanks Jay

Aedon at Harbord Rd Brookvale listened…
Aedon at Harbord Rd Brookvale listened to my concerns and continued to work on the car until the problem was fixed, at no extra charge. ( the noisy brakes had been problematic for a while). He is calm, efficient, clear and knows his work. I would recommend him to others, without hesitation.
