We had an issue with our vehicle after hitting the beach. Called mycar and utilised the free 12 months roadside assist. Simple to use, very quick to organise tow, had car back to workshop and back on road within 3 or 4 hours. Legends

I have purchased 3-4 sets of tyres from MyCar Forster and always found them to very competitive on price and great service. Yes here it is except for today when I had four new tyres fitted to my caravan. I pulled in to MyCar and reversed into the car area and passing the 2 MyCar employees who were having a chat and a smoke. I parked and entered the office expecting one the Employees to come to the office to serve me. They didn’t and remained talking and finishing their smoke. I stood in the office waiting for ten minutes until I was served. Not good enough and your service is only as good as the last experience.
