Amazing service! Been going since 2020 can’t fault Epping mycar! Especially Matt has been extremely consistent and helpful follows through on promise and calls me back

Workers there are really nice and friendly they have great communication skills to give updates about your vehicle

I took my car for a service and they wrote down some other issues that needed attention a week or so later I called them up because my car broke down, they keep saying they'll call me back but it's been 3 days and I called twice and they haven't called back.

The crew at MyCar Epping Plaza prh provided me with great customer experience.

I previously left reviews here, but they seem to have disappeared, so I’m posting again to warn others.

Please be very careful dealing with the two guys at MyCar Epping – they appear to be related. I attended to have my alternator replaced and was quoted $1,300. From my knowledge, the alternator itself costs around $570 (even allowing up to $700), and the job is relatively straightforward, especially when it’s on top of the engine.

I declined the quote, purchased the alternator myself for $570, and had it replaced through Lube Mobile for $250. Total cost: $820.

That’s a significant difference for the same job. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with any work here.

Inspection completed on same day requested. Excellent Customer Service. Mechanic called at conclusion of inspection for feedback. Well worth the investment b4 you buy.

I got a service on 15th of February 2026 and on 25-04-2026 my car started showing low engine oil sign.
When I called today to Epping to tell them about my experience the RUDE guy told me it’s already mentioned on invoice that your abc BS things are faulty, what do you want me to do.
He first told me on the day of service that he will replace filter but later on he said I don’t have filter I have to order so you can take back your car?????
I am doing business with store since 2015 but never had bas expense since last one year when it started deteriorating professional standards , quality of service, attitude exceptionally rude and awful, overcharging and underperforming and what not a negative I could hold on about the person there and overall experience.
I strongly want action against the rude guy , very likely this idiot be FIRED because he has lot of complaints against him you see reviews, if calls are recorded go back to call records of call made at 9:39 AM Today morning for 9 minutes and the guy who was on the line who answered my call just few minutes ago (because this is the same guy who was dealing with me all the time earlier during service issue and was rude)

I he is just a shameless rude BS. disappointingly and unfortunately at MyCar Epping

He probably did not fill up and I belief he is corrupt and selling those oils outside and making hefty money in corruption.
It’s a bare breach of trust.
Complaint is formally lodged with lot of proof and wish he be FIRED soon!!!!

I cannot recommend Mycar Tyre & Auto enough. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I dealt with Matt who was not only professional but also genuinely pleasant, helpful and understanding of how important this was to me as my job requires me to me in my car and on the road 70% of the time. It's rare to find services like this these days so I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Thank you again, so much!

Great service, great people to deal with

The customer service was great. The only issue I had was the pricing. I had to get my tyre fixed as I had a hole in it and it cost me $49. Everywhere else don't charge more than $30.
