Poor Customer Service
Ive had car servicing and new tyres from mycar but the customer service has only gotten worse recently. Would not recommend.

Always in good hands.
While diagnosis and repairs took a while, we where confident we where in good hands, and we where charged a fair price especially for the time taken.

The guys are so friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. The guys also listen to any concerns you have and they check them out. They assist in anyway they can.

Brilliant experience
Super easy to book and organise a time.
Also due to a little error when selecting the model of my car. These legends sorted me out with a discount on tyres that were slightly more expensive than the tyres I ordered. Thanks legends!

The staff are always super friendly
The staff are always super friendly and helpful. One thing that happened this time though, when I booked the car in it was with a junior staff member and they didn't put all the information in the booking. This meant that when I dropped it off, it was only booked in for a service, when it needed other things doing as well.

Better alternative than a main dealer.
Easy to book, a full manufacturers service work completed on time at a price much cheaper than a main dealer.
In addition, the price e includes for roadside assistance for 12 months negating the need for RACV cover.
