They went above and beyond with customer service, even picking me up from my home to the My Car centre to receive my car. Hi always have a good experience with Cranbourne mycar this time l wish they had of rung me first though before fixing everything as l didn’t realise it was going to be really expensive when l went to pick it up they did more then what l was told.

The staff have amazing customer service, they helped with no questions asked. They look up your car as you walk into the store, they book and service your car on the spot. If they are fully booked they let you know, if they can squeeze you in they say. There's no rubbish of wanting to feel important by asking you "Did you make an appointment ". Ofcourse I haven't, that's what I have just said. I love Mycar Cranbourne. Thank you guys

Such a great service with Cranbourne Park MyCar store. I spoke on the phone and advised I had a newborn. They made me a priority and had my break light fixed in no time.. all while my little one stayed asleep in the car. Very thankful for a super quick job, well done!
