I’m writing to express my…
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent service experience. Despite having the wheel alignment completed, there has been no noticeable improvement in performance. Additionally, I paid for a logbook service at 100,000 km, but basic checks such as topping up the washer fluid were clearly overlooked.
I expected a higher standard of care and attention to detail, especially for a scheduled logbook service. I hope these concerns can be addressed and steps taken to ensure better service in the future for other customer's.

Why didn't they notice the strange sounds.
My EV is making some interesting sounds following the 5000k service. I'm disappointed and dreading spending another morning waiting for my vehicle.

Employee seems not happy when they knew i went there for under warranty replacement. My spare tyre was thrown in back trunk. I knew on half way back when it started bouncing.

Wheel Alignment issue
Got new tyre fitted in yesterday with wheel alignment. Had to came back again because the car firstly drifted to the left when the steering is level. Now it’s went to the other way. Had to come again today and hopefully will get this fix!
