Poor communication after I dropped the car as the office was unattended and I was not able to receive updates on when the car was ready.

Service was fine however
Service was fine however, not clear where the actual place is especially with all the building works going on.
Also I asked them to charge the car whilst at the service centre, needless to say it wasn't done.

Timely and professional service always…
Timely and professional service always given by Mycar Chatswood Chase. So convenient I drop the car off by the time I finish my shopping car was ready for me to collect. My second visit which I thoroughly recommend.

Confused. Doing log book service. Quoted $329. Charged $388
Oil filter changed while not rquired in log book. And i have new filter 6 mth ago. Still waiting for solution/explanation
