Car Service
I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided from mycar for the service and 4 x new tyres completed for our car that was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Scott presented professionalism, great communication, and flexibility throughout the process. I definitely recommend for anyone seeking quality car servicing. Have since taken another car back for tyre maintenance and will continue using their services.

Reasonable service although it took almost a week to get the car back and I had to keep phoning up to get an update on progress etc

Great customer service and excellent workmanship.
Scott and Dominic were excellent to deal with from the initial phone call to the collection of the vehicle.
Scott called midway during the service to give an update on progress.
Everything that i requested in the service of the vehicle was received.

We have been to different my car…
We have been to different my car centres around us in Jesmond but my car Charlestown nailed and found the solution of our car. They are very accurate in finding the exact fault.

Unavoidably charged for roadside assistance
I wanted a logbook service, but the only option for a logbook service includes involuntary roadside assistance for a year. I already have roadside assistance and don’t want it from MyCar, but the price of it is incorporated into my service, meaning I am paying for it twice. I am trying to save money and would like to have the option of a service without having to pay for roadside assistance as part of the service.
The service itself was fine.
