I paid for essential plus but only get essential service.
I paid for essential plus service which includes engine management diagnosis scan, but the invoice they provided me there was nothing mentioned about engine management diagnosis scan, all the service includes the essential service. It is just like a scam I paid for essential plus but received the service of essential.

Service at front was amazing
Service at front was amazing. A guy with a long hair was an honest, humble and professionally oriented. I would highly recommend my car Tyre & auto for car take-carers .

Price and in-store service was great.
Only downside was waiting for about 30 minutes on 2 occasions waiting on-hold. I ended up driving to the store and getting there without the phone being answered. The phone wasn't in use at the store so wondering when it was forwarded if there was a problem?

Mycar Casuarina NT - Great
They didn't have the tyre size for my land cruiser. But said will check out and he did call within 2 days that he managed to get the tyres. Changed all 5 tyres at good price, great and prompt service.

A great experience from start to finish…
A great experience from start to finish at mycar Casuarina. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Prices were competitive especially after they price matched the Kumho AT52 tyres I purchased for my FJ Cruiser, this tyre had really good reviews online.
My decision to go with mycar Casuarina was on both price and the many positive business and tyre reviews. Thanks to the mycar team.
