As a regular customer we feel we get good service and explanation of any work needed doing on our car.

Excellent customer service, fast turn around and explained the issue and provide support to move forward.

Very helpful and changed order without a problem.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only criticism is the phone system, I had problems getting through when calling back after a missed call.

Staff were great, easy drop off, car was ready earlier than expected which was awesome! Only negative thing I would say is that I did not receive a vehicle report card, no idea what measurements my tire treads, brake pads or rotors are sitting on.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with My Car.
I brought my car in because the driver’s door was not opening properly. Without my authorization and without even calling to inform me, they completely dismantled the door and the door actuator. As a result, the car was left in a much worse condition than when I brought it in — the driver’s door could no longer close at all, making the car unsafe to drive.
At that point, I had no real choice but to continue with them, because they had already made the car undrivable. The manager’s response was that if I wanted to move the car, I should call a tow truck. This is unacceptable, considering they created the problem in the first place without my consent.
On top of this, they charged me $82 just for dismantling the door and causing the damage, without any prior approval. They also quoted me over $1,000 to replace the door actuator on a 2006 Kia — which is completely unreasonable and close to the value of the car itself.
To make things even worse, they left all the windows down and didn’t even bother to close them. I had to bring tape from home to literally tape the door shut just to be able to drive the car back.
The staff and manager were rude, dismissive, and kept insisting that what they did was “normal”, instead of taking responsibility. No communication, no consent, no professionalism, and extremely expensive.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid if you care about your car and your money.

The Cannon Hill team did a great job. We got a tyre puncture on the Saturday and we went in to the team having had brand new tyres installed from MyCar only 2 weeks ago. Team squeezed us in and got us back on the road . Thank you

Crew at MyCar Cannon Hill have always provided great customer service and have always advised realistically on when additional works need to be performed. I’ve never felt pushed into unnecessary works being performed, but always advised appropriately as things need to be monitored for following services.

CAUGHT OUT ! SAFETY ISSUE.....ZERO STARS IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE.
Took my car there last week to get 4 new tyres. Upon checking after I got back home I noticed that 3 out of the 4 valve stems were not replaced, as they were supposed to be, at EVERY new tyre installation.
If you are not sure of the importance of replacing these then do a Google check.
I rang them and I was informed to bring the car back for them to do it properly.
Like most other people my time is valuable and they totally refused to give me any type of compensation( even small) for having to do this when it should have been done correctly first time. Pathetic…..and potentially dangerous.
After contacting head office there was an ‘apology’ for the oversight. I reminded them that it was definitely not an oversight but a DELIBERATE act of leaving myself in a possible dangerous situation. The valve stems were already 10 years old and who knows what could have happened down the track if I was unaware of what they failed to do.( I will leave it to the reader if they think it was an oversight).
One ‘missed’ valve stem might have been an oversight but THREE! Come on!
This is GROSS incompetence by this Mycar outlet . They take your money and fail to carry out safety procedures . Most people would be none the wiser re this as how many would check the work done afterwards as I did?
How many other cars have they done this to?
Their reluctance to offer any compensation for the inconvenience when it is entirely their doing is just so wrong. It shows you the care factor….which is zero.
This type of ‘incompetence’ is inexcusable. Will be going to another outlet to have them all redone properly and this place will NEVER see myself again. I am disgusted by this experience and it is completely unacceptable.
As well, a month earlier I took another car there to get new tyres and the tyre pressures were 50%( that’s correct FIFTY PERCENT) more than the factory recommended PSI. No wonder the ride home was rock hard and this was for a small car too. Way too high!
For 60 years I have been going to a major competitor for my tyre needs and have never had any issues in that time…never! But this place in two visits and issues both times.!
This outlet needs some kind of investigation by head office!

I bought Pirelli tyres on sale in Nov 25 and had them fitted (with a wheel alignment) in Feb 26. The purchase, booking and fitting processes were all easy, quick and carried out as agreed. The service by staff during each of these steps was impeccable. I highly recommend mycar Cannon Hill
