Bunbury MyCar staff are really friendly, polite and easy to deal with. I find the price of a service to be cheaper than most and I have never had a problem with their work. I have been taking my vehicles to MyCar for 8 years now and intend to keep using them in the future.

Would have given 5 star
Would have given 5 star, if wash and vacuuming is included. Usually services at autobarn where i am getting a wash and vaccum also.

Relief
My car had a serious oil leak. I wasn't scheduled for a service and they had the car for 2 days. I've driven it around 1000 km since and no further problems. It great having my car back.

Daniel was confident they could fix my BMW M3. Sure enough the fault was quickly diagnosed, the parts arrived and were replaced same say. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended.

The staff are all knowledgeable
The staff are all knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. I libre how they ring you if there is anything more than you expected to be done. Sms messages to say when your car is ready. All in all, great service.
