ADIAN was so helpful and understanding. He attended to my issue immediately and as it was devastatingly bad news, was so kind.
Am now waiting to be advised for an email of estimated costs.

Our car went into My Car in Kangaroo…
Our car went into My Car in Kangaroo flat Victoria on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
We had booked it online and when we went to check the car in, the staff member who served us, didn't even greet us or say good morning or anything. The car was supposed to be in for half a day for the service but an hour and half later it was ready and we checked it in at 9.00am.
We were not sure if the actually did anything as it was so quick.
And we not sure if they connected it to the kia computer to get reports etc as they did not tick it off in the log book and I dont think they used genuine kia parts.
They definitely need to work on customer service as that does not seem to be a priority on the top of there list at all.
This is not the first time I am doing a bad review

The staff at reception is not friendly…
The staff at reception is not friendly and polite. They literally don't want to answer the questions from customers. Need some smiling faces and courtesy to the customers. I felt so sad all day after done work from them even they done the job but the way I treated was not a courteous.
