I was so impressed with the service provided. This was a very busy garage but every customer was treated professionally and with attention to detail. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and treated all with dignity and patience. In the economic climate where costs are always questioned she was calm, had a very warm voice and spoke with confidence. She is an asset. It was easy to book online and I received reminders.

Got a flat over the long weekend... so 8am I was there as they opened and they were happy to fit me in at short notice. Left my keys with them and 2 hours later they had fixed it. And best of all... because I'd purchased my tyres only 9 months before, it was free to fix as they have a 12 month warranty.
