Great communication every time I’ve been. Even cleaned the windscreen for me where the wipers didn’t reach the bird droppings. Wasn’t expected, and very much appreciated.

For me personally
For me personally, you change your staff over to frequently. I have had a real positive experience with Angelo from your Baldivis store and did not quite experience this lately.
I felt like I was being asked to consider recommendations made to the vehicle serviced but at significant cost which to a large degree were labour. I felt this was serving your interests and not mine.
You need to consider what your opposition is offering

I rang to get my 5000km service on my…
I rang to get my 5000km service on my new ev car and was told that the manufacturer had changed the service to 20000km so when I booked it in to the service centre where I bought the car had to pay for my service and was not free due to the incompetence of this service centre I would like them to refund my service fee.

My car needed a part that wasn’t easy…
My car needed a part that wasn’t easy to locate. William made a very stressful situation a lot easier to bear by going to great lengths to get the part for me so I could get my vehicle back on the road. He also kept in touch throughout the week to let me know of the progress.

Wheel alignment
Took my navara in to have my tyres rotated & balanced. She drives like a dream again. Very happy with the service from the boys. And the guys at the front desk are always happy and friendly and happy to answer any enquiries.

You had my car for 8 hours and told when i picked it up you needed 5 hours to do the job properly…..I’m not coming back you half job Harry's if you can’t be bothered working go look for another job!!!!!!
