I managed to get my appointment even with short notice, got my carb fixed by the time
I requested. The staff have excellent customer service. They even called me a day before to remind me of my upcoming appointment.
I can’t fault your services

We have used mycar for years now and have always been extremely happy, however, we recently had a car of ours serviced that we were getting ready for our son to start learning to drive and it came back to us with a warning on the dash for the Tyre Monitoring System. When I picked the car up nothing was mentioned about this. As this was not a log book service I had asked what was involved before booking the car in and was told they would scan for faults. I feel if this was done they would have noticed that there was a fault and either fixed it or contacted me to ask if I wanted it fixed… regards Frank

I had a booking for new brake pads and William made sure to get me the best price for me which I really appreciate.
Overall great customer service and would recommend to others.

What went wrong this time? What kind of negative stupid question is that to start the 'rate my experience'. Then ask me how to give my review a title?

Very poor customer service and bad communication.

1. Clean the rims and paint the tyres black or clean them before handing my car back late. There was pink stuff all over the rims and the tyres were dull and dirty.

2. If Kmart is going to say they will call when my car is finished. Can they DO exactly that, instead of leaving me hanging around the Shopping Centre. I waited for 3 ½ hours. Guy at the desk gas-lights me when I check to see if my car is ready - says 'good timing'. All round bad service and a terrible experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience that left me deeply disturbed. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He hung up the phone on me multiple times and was not patient enough to listen.

When I visited the office, he walked away to serve another customer while I was still speaking.
I calmly mentioned that if he was having a bad day, he shouldn’t take it out on me, his body language became aggressive and he used inappropriate and offensive language.
I am not trying to exaggerate the situation I simply want to bring this to your notice so that no one else has to go through a similar experience in the future.

The staff at my car were very helpful when I booked my service in and was done promptly I will always choose my car friendly not too pushy and explained clearly what needed to be done Excellent service with a smile

Can't give the experience any more than a 2 unfortunately, booked through auto guru. Added the basic service plus add on which specified it included a wheel balance, was told it actually doesn't include the balance and it's an issue with the auto guru system. Regardless who is at fault it's disappointing and misleading.

took my vehicle in due to a noise I was hearing. The lads checked over it and found there was nothing wrong (2 of them to be sure). They keep you updated and you can always call with questions. Quick and speedy plus thorough work.
Haven’t heard the noise since and great pricing for a check over!

The driving belt on my car snapped off entirely whilst on a trip to Perth and I called MyCar in Baldivis who immediately allowed me to tow my car to them and even though it was late in the evening and extremely short notice they took my car in for a check. I was told it would be done two days later, however, the next morning they called and said the car was all done and test drive had been done. I am over the moon happy about the service I received. The price was also extremely fair and they were open and honest and stuck to the price I was quoted. I’ve had my car serviced by mycar in Baldivis once before and have nothing bad to say about that either. Absolutely amazing service, communication and price!! 10/10

Service was great. They were able to do the brakes on my car quickly, and at a time convenient to me. They were transparent about pricing. Can’t fault the service here.

Very efficient if i have a problem they will look at car and try to fix the problem. They are also in contact with you while they have your car.

This service was a solid 4.5 stars. The team at baldivis are friendly and very accommodating. They had the ability to fit my car in asap for new tyres, service and wheel alignment. Mycar baldivis completed this within the expected time frame with a few friendly update messages and calls through the day.
The only thing I could fault is upon picking my car up they had left all the funky tyre lubricant all over my tyres and rims. This was not hard to remove but considering the price of the tyres, I would have thought cleaning the mess you created would have been included.
